"Many of the callers to our helpline are worried about their breast cancer returning," says senior cancer information nurse Sue Green. "This new indication for letrozole means that post-menopausal women who have completed five years of tamoxifen now have a further option of treatment that we know helps continue to reduce the risk of their cancer coming back."
